11th Legal and Public Affairs Assembly

The 11th session of the EBU Legal and Public Affairs Assembly, which is open to all Members and Associates of the EBU, took place in Valletta at the kind invitation of PBS Malta, on 21st and 22nd April 2016.

The agenda included legal and public affairs analysis of all relevant elements of the EU Commission's Digital Single Market initiative. Other topics for discussion and exchange of information were Big Data, PSM data principles and portability. The session was also the opportunity for Members to provide updates on their national developments and to share and exchange expertise.
