The EBU will hold a meeting for editors of religious, faith-based and ethics programmes on EBU Member networks in Copenhagen on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
In this networking meeting we will explore collaboration opportunities and exchange examples of best practices on religious programming across Europe
The meeting will be kindly hosted by DR, and is adjacent to the 'Belief on Screen' festival which begins the same evening in Copenhagen.
Belief on Screen brings together players from across the religious film & tv sector. It has existed for 60 years and is held every three years in a European city. On 24 and 25 of September, the festival will screen programmes in 'Cinemateket' (The Danish Film Institute) in the heart of Copenhagen. The closing ceremony on 25 September in the evening will include a dinner and award ceremony in the restaurant 'Sult'.
Please note that registration for Belief on Screen is a separate process to that for this EBU meeting.
