Women in music: change in progress

When will gender balance be reached in fields such as sound engineering or conducting? It is crucial to make the changes from the roots, break bias and stereotypes, and give opportunities to the less represented categories. For this year’s International Women’s Day, our guests talked about their own experiences in the music field and discussed how we can all play a part in making the change.
