EBU Strategy Group workshop

We are delighted to confirm the date and venue for our upcoming in-person workshop, which will take place at the EBU Headquarters in Geneva on 12 November.

As announced, the meeting will be held just before the EBU Legal & Policy Assembly, so that participants can easily combine both if relevant.

The theme of the day will be: “Acting today to prepare for the future.”

The day will bring together insights, ideas, trends and collaborative thinking around key strategic topics, including:

  • Opening session: Society and Public Service Media – what’s at stake for the role and relevance of PSM?
  • Strategic developments impacting PSM – collective insights and best practices in strategy implementation
  • New business models and revenue streams
  • Organisational development trends – rethinking governance, structures, and agility

We will conclude the day with a networking dinner.

Further details, including the agenda and recommended hotels, will be shared with registered participants once registration opens.
