The 2025 CEE Leadership Summit brought together more than 30 leaders from 16 countries in Brussels on 1 and 2 October, hosted by RTBF and the EBU. Centred on the theme of leadership in volatile times, the summit opened with an inspiring keynote from former European Parliament President Martin Schulz, followed by insights from London Business School professor Dan Cable on leadership strategies and driving innovation.
Participants also heard from RTBF Director General, Jean-Paul Philippot, on surviving funding cuts and ensuring sustainability, before exploring YouTube strategies for both short- and long-form content.
