Workshop: News Integrity in AI Assistants Toolkit

We’re excited to invite you to a special workshop dedicated to exploring the News Integrity in AI Assistants Toolkit, a practical, hands-on resource designed to help strengthen the quality and trustworthiness of AI-generated news responses.

Developed alongside the BBC and informed by a large-scale, multinational collaboration involving 22 organizations, 18 countries, and 14 languages, the Toolkit offers a comprehensive overview of what makes a high-integrity AI news response. It also provides a rich, structured taxonomy of the ways AI assistants can go wrong when answering news questions. This resource is built to support technology companies in evaluating, monitoring, and improving AI assistant performance in news contexts, while also serving media organizations, researchers, practitioners, and trainers.
