Eurovision Science & Education Group is planning a pitching session for Science & Discovery, Knowledge & Education projects to be held on 18 September 2012, in Berlin, Germany on the day after the Eurovision Creative Forum.
We are looking for:
Ambitious projects, aimed at prime time international audience
In particular: Programmes that can enhance science awareness in a compelling, storydriven way (documentaries, docu‐dramas);
Concepts of international series and exchange platforms
In particular: Formats and programmes which can work for a European audience (from a magazine/segmented type to a living‐science approach to a reality show).

Members from the Eurovision Science & Education group will evaluate all projects received paying particular attention to the following criteria:
Originality
Relevance
International appeal
Feasibility
Special attention will be given to projects with cross media elements.
Only projects supported by at least one EBU Member will be considered.
Single pitches should not last more than 15 minutes, including trailer + Q&As.
Trailers must be available for the pitching session and brought on a DVD to the meeting.
The pitching language is English.
