Our winter General Assembly will take place at our headquarters in Geneva. Top executives from EBU Members are invited to meet with peers and network.

09:00 to 12:30 - EBU Executive Board meeting (conference room Jungfrau)

09:00-12:15: Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) regional group in room GOTHARD

12:30 to 13:50 - General Assembly lunch (EBU cafeteria, 3rd floor)

13:50 to 14:00 - Assembly registration and badge collection (Foyer Leman, -1 level)

14:00 to 18:30 - General Assembly session (conference room Leman, -1 level)

*19:45 to 22:30 - Welcome reception & dinner (location will be specified in the event app)

*exact time and place of bus transfer to be communicated on day of event

Friday 8 December

09:00 to 12:30/45 - Extraordinary session followed by ordinary session (conference room Leman)

12:45 to 14:15/30 - General Assembly lunch (EBU cafeteria, 3rd floor)
