24th Finance Assembly

The Finance Assembly provides a unique opportunity for public service media finance professionals to discuss best practices, strategic planning as well as common challenges and opportunities that are transforming the broadcasting industry.

Programme

Day One will focus on economics of the modern media world (funding challenges, distribution, rights, parallel services, multiplatform usage) including:

  • how to encourage efficient content creation and usage
  • new production standards and differentiation of production standards
  • a follow up on business intelligence benchmarking and relevant metrics for public service media 

Day Two will focus on what finance and controllers can do to help management handle their financial responsibility. We'll also discuss preferred subjects to cover at the next finance assembly, and elections will take place for new steering committee.

A final agenda will be provided before the event.
