The Georgian Public Broadcaster, GPB, will be hosting our next DTI regional workshop on 13 and 14 February 2019.
This workshop will run over two days, and will bring together executives from across the region to share perspectives on their digital transformation journey.
Its goal is to make personal connections between peers, sharing knowledge and applying the DTI framework. The discussions will be shaped by the issues Members bring to the table, with the emphasis on practical, hands-on insights.
The workshop will widen the scope of the Digital Transformation Initiative and bring the insights and experiences gained in the past year to Members who have so far not been involved.
Places are limited, so if you are interested in joining or would like more information on the event get in touch.
The Digital Transformation Initiative was established help Members understand the challenges and opportunities of the information age, and support them through their own change processes.
Digital technology has fundamentally altered the expectations, interactions, and consumption patterns of our audiences. As a result, Public Service Media (PSM) must engage in fundamental transformation if they are to remain relevant in this increasingly competitive and constantly changing environment.
We know that every Member faces different issues, which is why the DTI draws together expertise from across the EBU to address these from a multidisciplinary perspective. We provide expertise, knowledge exchange, and tailored support services.
