Virtual Roundtable / Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on EBU Members' Sports Media Rights Agreements

We offer you to have a Sport Legal Group conference call on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on EBU Members’ sports media rights agreements on Friday, 20 March from 14:30 to 16:30 CET via Webex to discuss best practices and potentially joint approaches vis-à-vis Federations.

We will also inform you about possible consequences of force majeure for contractual obligations from the perspective of Swiss law which governs most of the international sports media rights agreements.

Experts from Swiss law firm Lenz & Staehelin will join the call.
