A European Perspective Phase 2 kick-off meeting

Launched in July 2021, “A European Perspective” responds to surging demand for trusted news against the backdrop of conspiracy-fuelled disinformation campaigns and populist rhetoric.

It is hosted by public service media from Belgium (RTBF), Finland (Yle), France (France Télévisions), Germany (BR-ARD), Ireland (RTÉ), Italy (RAI), Portugal (RTP), Spain (RTVE), Sweden (Sveriges Radio) and Switzerland (SWI swissinfo.ch) as well as the Franco-German and European broadcaster, ARTE. This meeting will bring together editorial and technical roles to discuss the project work packages and deliverables.

A European Perspective garnered more than 23.5 million box views in just five months and articles featured in the widget collected 1,4 million reads.
