The Leadership Summit summons Public Service Media leaders in Europe to discuss current challenges and opportunities in a neutral and confidential environment.

The third edition of the "Cadenabbia Summit" was hosted by the Austrian Public Service broadcaster ORF on 26-29 September in Vienna and renamed Vienna Leadership Summit 2023" for the occasion. The event brought together PSM leaders from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Georgia and Estonia.

Leaders discussed transformation, engagement with young audiences, strategic advocacy, public diplomacy and use of artificial intelligence amongst others. 

The forum is aimed exclusively at Director Generals and members of the senior leadership team of public service broadcasters of Central and East Europe. Leading experts and Public Service Media executives from across Europe contribute their experience and insight, and it is organized in cooperation with international partners such as Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and ORF for the 2023 edition.
