The Finance & Internal Audit Group provides a unique opportunity for public service media professionals to discuss best practices between strategic planning as well as common challenges and opportunities that are transforming the broadcasting industry.
Day one will be a shared day between the two groups. It will focus on roles and positions of the finance and audit sector. Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards will also make part of the main themes showing how metrics can help to monitor the business.
