The EBU has started a real-time countdown to November 30, when it will be offering a free live stream of a Noel Gallagher concert, from Amsterdam - the first time the EBU has done so.

Audio of the gig, part of the former Oasis songwriter's promotion of his first solo album, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, will also be offered for free to EBU Members via the Euroradio Satellite Network.

The EBU frequently reaches agreements with the music business to distribute radio signals of live concerts, but this is the first time it has carried simultaneous a video stream.

Dutch EBU Member NPO is producing the simulcast of the concert for the 3 voor 12 music site, and sharing the stream exclusively with  the EBU's Eurovision Culture page.
