Radio: International Relations Plenary Meeting

Under the chairmanship of Margit Desch (ORF), assisted by Vice-Chair Ilaria Di Luzio (RAI), some 32 EBU Radio Members from 25 countries are meeting at the EBU Headquarters in Geneva on 25 and 26 September 2012 to discuss challenges and exchange views and experiences in the fields of music exchange, sports and news activities, the IR Code of Practice and new technologies.
The Group was welcomed by the newly appointed Head of Radio, Christian Vogg, and will also receive an overview on future strategies of Media Department by Annika Nyberg Frankenhaeuser, EBU Media Director.
Partial elections to fill two vacant seats in the International Relations Group are also on the agenda.
