Euroradio Eurosonic: Live video webcast of The National at Paleo

Euroradio Eurosonic is proud to offer on 27 July an exclusive live video webcast of The National performing at the Paléo festival to all EBU radio members.

From humble beginnings in the late 1990s the band, orginally from Ohio but now based in Brooklyn, have gone on to be one of the heavyweights of the rock music scene.

Their last album "Trouble Will Find Me", released in 2013, went platinum and was a top-ten smash hit in 15 different countries. It was also nominated for the highly respected Mercury Prize in the UK.

Brothers Aaron Dessner (guitar and keyboard) and Bryce Dessner (guitar), Scott Devendorf (bass) and Bryan Devendorf (drums) will take on the Paléo's main stage, fronted by Matt Berninger and his unmistakable baritone voice.

London Grammar also on offer

Lead singer Hannah Reid and London Grammar have taken the British (and the world) music scene by storm, with their debut album "If You Wait".

The British electro-pop trio were on stage at the Montreux Jazz Festival on Wednesday 9 July. Thanks to a long-standing partnership with the Montreux Jazz Festival, Euroradio Eurosonic is pleased to also offer this concert to EBU Members.
