For two decades, the Euroradio Summer Festivals have remained true to their goal of providing radio audiences with a selection of the best Classical music - symphony concerts, operas, chamber music and vocal recitals - from European festivals, both prestigious and lesser-known.

This year once again, from 15 June until 13 September, listeners will be able to choose among over 375 programmes, all offered by EBU Radio Members and coordinated from the Euroradio Control Centre in Geneva.

Highlights of this year's offer range from such perennial and eagerly awaited events as Wagner's operas from Bayreuth, the BBC Proms and the Salzburg Festival to more unusual fare to be discovered, like the Bucharest festival focusing on the 20th-century Romanian composer George Enescu, the Martha Argerich Project in Lugano and Beethoven's complete cello sonatas from Barcelona.
