Turning up the sound on radio music programming

The biennial Eurosonic Conference will be hosted by EBU Member NDR in Hamburg on 19-20 September during the Reeperbahn Festival.

Under the theme of “Crossroads”, the 2019 Conference looks at the latest developments in and challenges to radio music programming in an era of Spotify and the rise of podcasting. Speakers will include Australian DJ/presenter Zan Rowe.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to elect a new EBU Eurosonic Group for the period 2019-2021, as well as to discuss preparations for the next Eurosonic Festival in Groningen in January 2020.
