The EBU Academy Regional Learning Hubs decentralize programmes and courses, with the aim to be more accessible to Members in terms of affordability and location.
EBU Academy will sponsor the delivery of 2 training programmes per year at each hub.
The EBU wishes to share its international scope and expertise to deliver services tailored to the individual needs of the various communities and Members it serves
The first EBU Academy regional learning hub opened in Warsaw with partner Polish Radio in January 2019.
The signed agreement between Polish Radio and EBU established a strategically located learning hub to provide training to public media professionals from Poland as well as the Baltic States, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Eastern Partnership countries, Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.
2019 will focus on mobile journalism and Live IP, crucial skills necessary for public service media in the area.
EBU Academy were pleased to open another regional learning hub in Tbilisi in February 2019.
The signed agreement between GPB and EBU established a strategically located learning hub to provide training to public media professionals from Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan to participate in free classes conducted by world class experts.

Each course is described by its objectives, content, target audience, trainer, dates, time, duration, application deadline and course fee (if any). This information is available on the EBU Academy calendar. The programme may be modified as necessary.
Registration is a contractual obligation. Please make sure that the person in charge of training within your organization has approved your registration.
Registrations are accepted in the order they are received and are subject to availability.
Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive acknowledgment of submission by email. Formal confirmation with all the details of the course is sent by email in due time.
Participants are required to arrive punctually and attend the course in its entirety.

Your organization can send an alternative delegate if necessary.
b. Cancellation of a course by EBU Academy
EBU Academy will make every effort not to cancel a course at short notice. However, should unforeseen circumstances make it unavoidable, EBU Academy reserves the right to cancel the course prior to the starting date. Participants will be notified in the event of a cancellation by EBU Academy.EBU Academy cannot be held liable for any travel expenses, other expenses or any consequential loss arising from such a cancellation.
