Building a more inclusive workplace with a disabilities framework

Georgian Public Broadcasting (GPB) has taken the initiative to become more inclusive in terms of diversity, with a special focus on disabilities. In 2021 GPB created a project with three facets. The first was to provide training for employees on how to treat and cover stories that involved people with disabilities. The second was to create a media guide which would provide a clear understanding of disability and how to include people with disabilities into the workforce. The third initiative was to provide internships for people with disabilities.
