Public Service Media (PSM) strive to nourish a prospering democratic society where people feel informed, connected and, empowered to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow. 

This report helps PSM staff construct a strong narrative on the value they deliver, offering fact-based arguments around the many responsibilities PSM take on. Whether it be nurturing innovation, supporting the economy, vitalizing the arts and cultural sector and more. As well as directly expressing this value to stakeholders and the wider public who greatly benefit from the vast issues tackled and services provided by PSM.
