VRT Blend Club - Inspiring content producers with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

VRT, Belgian’s public broadcaster for the Flemish-speaking community has been working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for 15 years.

The organization’s DEI team works to find new ways to inspire and bring the workforce on board its mission, to ensure greater representation in the broadcaster’s content offering, across all channels.

The company’s DEI work focuses on age, disabilities, ethnic and racial diversity, gender equality, socio-economic diversity, and LGBTQ+. The role of the DEI team is to: advise, support, and inspire their colleagues.
