14:00 to 18:00 - EBU Executive Board (invitation only) preceded by lunch at 13:00
Regional Group meetings - in the afternoon (times and meeting rooms communicated by the respecive group coordinators)

Thursday 16 June
9:00 to 18:00 - EBU General Assembly
20:00 - Gala dinner (city of Budva)
Friday 17 June
9:00 to 12:30 - EBU General Assembly
12:30 to 14:00 - General Assembly lunch
17:00 to 22:00 - Bay of Kotor cruise (Note: this excursion was originally listed for Saturday, but has been moved to Friday instead).
