EBU VR workshop at CROSS VIDEO DAYS 2017

Cross Video Days is a unique marketplace where innovative tech-enabled content and studios can be pitched, scouted and financed. The event has been supported by the Creative Europe programme since 2013.

The EBU will contribute to this year's event in Paris through VR presentations, a panel discussion about the use of VR by public broadcasters and encounters between EBU Members and independent VR producers.

Delegates will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and learn about the latest in 360 degree, VR and AR production from public broadcasters, including an EBU-hosted workshop on the second day of the conference (20 October).

HIGHLIGHTS FOR EBU MEMBERS

Join us for three action-packed days from multiple different perspectives featuring presentations and debates, to discover how new talents are pushing the boundaries of filmmaking or gaming, and imagine new forms of content hybridization.

Monday 2 October (9.30 – 16.30): EBU VR workshop (For EBU Members only)
At the kind invitation of Cross Video Days, the EBU will host an EBU-Members only workshop for colleagues from public broadcasters to exchange experiences, lessons learned and challenges in the production of 360 and VR content. A draft agenda for the workshop will be available in August.
