Wednesday 27 June - The Plaza Tirana Hotel
14:00 to 15:00 - EBU meeting (invitation only) in Marin Barleti A (1st floor)
16:00 to 19.30 - EBU Executive Board lunch and meeting in Dora d'Istria A & B (1st floor)
15:30 to 18:30 - Regional Group meetings (exact times to be confirmed in the invitation by Regional Group coordinators):
- 16:00 to 18:00 - CEE in Jeronim de Rada A (23rd floor)

20:00 to 22:30 - Gala Dinner at restaurant Appolonia at hotel Rogner (dress code: elegant)
09:00 to 17:30 - Excursion for accompanying persons to Shkodra city (castle and museum)
Friday 29 June - Hotel Plaza Tirana
09:00 to 12:30 - EBU General Assembly in Queen Geraldine A & B
12:30 to 14:00 - General Assembly lunch at hotel restaurant Savor (2nd floor)
16:00 to 22:00 - City tour of Tirana for accompanying persons and delegates, followed by informal dinner at Balcony restaurant (Dajti Mountain, access by cable car)
Saturday 30 June - Excursion for delegates and accompanying persons
08:30 - 23:00 - Excursion to Berat (UNESCO World Heritage Site) including visit and dinner in Durres. Dress code: comfortable shoes, sun hats, sun glasses.
