How is the crisis impacting digital transformation for PSM?

The past few months have involved accelerated digital transformations for everybody, but certainly not in the calm, managed way we would have liked. Whilst some areas have seen incredible successes, the crisis has also put a spotlight on gaps in operational and technical investments and capabilities. What are the wins we need to build on, and where are the weaknesses we must repair?
