We all need to tap into new audiences for our concert halls, but where do we find them and who are they in the first place? This is a job that most of us do, tailored to our various needs, resources and possibilities. We do it to fill our seats and secure revenue, but also to ensure that classical music lives on as an art form for future generations.
How do you address the issue of audience development for your concert hall? How can you harness the power of your broadcasting corporation to find these new audiences? How do you collaborate with your planning/programming colleagues on audience development? How do you use your data to broaden target groups?
We look forward to hearing from our colleagues on how they have approached this key issue in their organizations.
