International Broadcasting Assembly

The International Broadcasting Assembly brings together a community of EBU Members that offer services to international audiences. It provides a platform to address common challenges, share expertise and identify areas of joint initiatives and mutual support.

The 11th International Broadcasters Assembly will be held in person on 8 and 9 October in Paris. It will be kindly hosted by France Télévisions. The event will engage with themes of defunding threats, anti-piracy, international distribution as well as navigating the online world of Big Tech and AI. 8th International Broadcasting Assembly 2023

1 - 2 Jun 2023

This 2023 event will be hosted by France Télévisions in Paris on 1 and 2 June 2023. The Assembly will focus on distribution strategies of international broadcasting with a closer look at OTT distribution, including commercial aspects, content and rights, discoverability and marketing, and audience measurement.

The Assembly will elect the Chair and a maximum of 8 members of the International Broadcasting Committee for the next two years.
