The Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) Reference group welcomes SVT – Host Broadcaster for the 58th ESC
The Chairman of the Reference Group, Frank-Dieter Freiling (ZDF) welcomed Martin Österdahl, the newly appointed ESC Executive Producer and his core team to Geneva yesterday. The morning was devoted to introductions and a status report of preparations for ESC 2013. The host city is still to be decided upon. During the meeting Jon Ola Sand, EBU Executive Supervisor, and his team briefed SVT on all aspects of organizing the ESC.
