Curtain call for Eurovision Young Dancers 2013

Ten public service broadcasters have confirmed their participation in the 2013 Eurovision Young Dancers in Gdańsk, Poland, on June 14.
The Eurovision Young Dancers competition, organised by the EBU and held every two years, showcases top-class contemporary dance.
EBU Executive Supervisor, Vladislav Yakovlev said the line-up includes two newcomers. “We are pleased that 10 countries have again signed up to take part in Eurovision Young Dancers, and would like to extend a special welcome to Armenia and Belarus, who will be joining us for the first time."
He added, "we are also delighted to welcome back broadcasters from the Czech Republic and Ukraine after several years and are working with Polish broadcaster TVP to ensure a high quality production in June.”
The list of participants includes:

- Belarus (BTRC)
- Czech Republic (ČT)
- Germany (WDR)
- Netherlands (NTR)
- Norway (NRK)
- Poland (TVP)- host broadcaster
- Slovenia (RTVSLO)
- Sweden (SVT)
- Ukraine (NTU)
In 2011, Daniel Modou Sarr from Norway won the Eurovision Young Dancers contest in Oslo. A professional jury selected the winner from a range of dance styles including jazz, contemporary and hip hop. Viewers from across Europe watch the show live or by delayed broadcast.
