Stage set for 'New Talent' final

Three young musicians have gone through to tonight's final of the 2013 edition of the music competition New Talent following Friday's first and second semi-finalists at the Dvorana Concert Hall in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The young artists, who will be accompanied by the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra led by the internationally renowned conductor Pawel Przytocki, include:
Răzvan STOICA, violin (Romania)
Razvan Friedmann Stoica was born in Bucharest in 1986 and began his violin studies at the age of five. Read more
Emöke BARÁTH, soprano (Hungary)
Soprano Emőke Baráth was born in 1985 and started her musical studies at six, learning the piano and cello. Read more
Filip DRAGLUND, trumpet (Sweden)
Filip Draglund was born in Solna in 1987 and began his trumpet studies at the age of seven. Read more
The concert will be available to an estimated 1,950.000 radio listeners from the EBU Community via the Euroradio music exchange at 18.05 GMT (20.05 CEST).
Created in 1969, with support from American violin virtuoso and conductor Sir Yehudi Menuhin who died in 1999, the contest aims to encourage and promote young musicians under the auspices of the European Broadcasting Union, the International Music Council (IMC). The event is co-produced by Radio and Television Slovakia and the Slovak Philharmonic-Bratislava Music Festival.
