Eurovision ACADEMY: Cypriot broadcaster benefits from leadership workshop

A dozen managers from the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) have completed the Eurovision ACADEMY leadership programme.
CyBC gave its top managers the opportunity to attend the Eurovision ACADEMY leadership programme.
In a combination of lectures, phone coaching sessions and case studies over a period of six months, the Eurovision ACADEMY leadership programme enabled participants to focus on issues directly related to their job. In the case of CyBC managers, they worked on such topics like “how to better motivate their team”, “how to handle stress” or “how to manage conflicts”.
The participants found the programme very useful for their jobs and appreciated that they were given sufficient time to apply the knowledge at work: “All the modules were interesting and really enlightening and helpful for my job. I use them to improve my team’s performance.”
Eurovision ACADEMY has successfully run this leadership programme for the past two years for the following EBU Members: LRT Lithuania, NTU Ukraine, TRM Moldova, ENTV Algeria, HRT Croatia.
