Legal and Policy Committee elected
The newly-elected members of the LPC outside EBU headquarters in Geneva

 

Meeting in Geneva (28-29 April), the 9th EBU Legal and Public Affairs Assembly has renewed the composition of the Legal and Policy Committee for a two year mandate.

Committee Chairman Mr Peter Weber (ZDF, Germany) and Vice-Chairman Ms Simona Martorelli (RAI, Italy) were re-elected.

The committee’s legal and public affairs experts were also appointed:

Jimmy Ahlstrand (SVT, Sweden)
Jürgen Burggraf (ARD, Germany)
Khalid Hadadi (UKIB/C4, United Kingdom)
Marit Ingves Bacia (YLE, Finland)
Helen Keefe (BBC, United Kingdom)
Nathalie Léger (GRF/FT, France)
Salvatore Lo Giudice (RAI, Italy)
Josef Lusser (ORF, Austria)
Lidia Márton (HU/MTV, Hungary)
Milen Mitev (BNR, Bulgaria)
Olav Nyhus (NRK, Norway)
Enrique Sánchez Fernández (RTVE, Spain)
Ronald Vecht (NPO, Netherlands)
Krzysztof Wojciechowski (PRT/TVP, Poland)

Helen Keefe (BBC, United Kingdom) and Enrique Sánchez Fernández (RTVE, Spain) were elected to the Committee for the first time.
