EBU Position on reforming Competition Law to promote Fairness in Digital Media Markets

This position paper is about the ongoing process of reform of competition law. At a time when online platforms act as bottlenecks for how consumers can access products and services including PSM content, competition authorities must make a value judgment on what needs to be changed. The EBU makes five key reform recommendations to policymakers.
