EBU response to the European Commission’s Consultation on a Renewed Trade Policy for a Stronger Europe
In this paper, the EBU elaborates on its call on the European Union and its Member States to ensure a clear, broad and future-proof exclusion of the audio-visual media services and other media services (such as those fulfilled by Public Service Media in accordance with their public service remit defined by each EU Member State) from free trade negotiations between the European Union and its trade partners.
