José Pablo López Sánchez appointed RTVE President

Our Spanish Member RTVE has appointed José Pablo López Sánchez as its new President. He officially took office on 2 December.
José Pablo López Sánchez has almost two decades of management experience at a range of public and private television and radio stations. Between April 2022 and March 2024, he was Director of General Content at RTVE, with responsibility for all non-news content including TVE, RNE and RTVE Play. During this time, he coordinated Benidorm Fest, as well as RTVE's participation in Eurovision and Junior Eurovision.
