Zoran Ristoski appointed Director General of MRT

Zoran Ristoski has been appointed as Director General of Macedonian Radio Television (MRT), following elections by MRT's Program Council on 23 April.
Ristoski brings more than 30 years of experience in broadcasting, marketing, television and radio production, publishing and regional communications. He has held senior executive roles across leading media and communications organizations in North Macedonia and the wider region. He holds a law degree from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and has undertaken extensive professional training in management, media and communications across Europe.
His strategic vision for MRT, as assessed by the Program Council, focuses on institutional development, digital transformation, content quality, co-operation, and long-term growth.
This is the first appointment to the Director General role at MRT since 2018.
