Youth Content: Why should public service media invest more and differently to connect with young adults?

It is often said that connecting with young audiences is a priority for public service media (PSM), and yet only a fraction of our budgets are used for this purpose. Engaging with younger audiences is essential for safeguarding PSM's future. Here at the EBU, we continue to find new ways to foster collaboration and provide inspiration.

As we have seen in our Youth Report, many of our Members are having increasing success connecting with this elusive audience. We've also seen how young people turned to PSM during the pandemic.

This webinar will be an opportunity to:

  • Learn how some of our Members grew their relationship with young audiences
  • Hear about the latest editorial, distribution, marketing strategies and how PSM is engaging with Generation Z
  • Discover how the EBU can support you in the future

EBU Director General Noel Curran will open the event.

This event is designed for senior executives in PSM organizations, whether or not they are already working or familiar with content for young audience.
