The 2023 edition of the Winter General Assembly will coincide with the EBU’s first ever AI Summit.

Day 1 of the General Assembly will address governance issues, including the by-election of the new EBU Vice-President. We are also delighted to announce that FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, will take part in a special sesson dedicated to football.  

Day 2, Friday 1 December will be dedicated exclusively to AI and its impact on public service media. Join us in Geneva for a unique opportunity to discuss and learn how AI will shape the future of your industry, your organization and your day-to-day work.

The EBU has arranged a special rate of CHF 200 per night (excluding buffet breakfast which is available for CHF 33.- and city tax of CHF 3.75 per person/night).

The EBU has arranged a special rate of CHF 150 for a single room and CHF 170.- for a double room per night (including breakfast and VAT and excluding city tax of CHF 3.75 per person/night).

Visa for Switzerland

Participants requiring a visa invitation letter from the EBU should send an email to EBU governance with the following information:

• Full name as shown in passport
• Job title
• Date and place of birth
• Citizenship (as shown in passport)
