Day 1 of the Winter General Assembly (GA) will take place at the EBU HQ on Thursday, 30 November from 14:00, preceded by lunch at 12:30. Delegates will convene in room Leman and it is anticipated that the first day of the Assembly will end at 17:45.

Formal Dinner

EBU President, Delphine Ernotte Cunci, and EBU Director General, Noel Curran, would like to invite all GA delegates to the Fairmont Hotel for a welcome cocktail followed by dinner on Thursday, 30 November from 19:30. Transportation will be provided for delegates to and from dinner.

The second morning of the GA is scheduled to start at 9.30 hours and will form an integral part of the EBU AI Summit – open for a wider attendance of EBU Member representatives - that will be taking place at a location to be confirmed shortly.

Transportation to that location will be provided for all registered GA attendees.

The second morning will consist of two high-level sessions focusing in greater detail on the opportunities and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which was the subject of a high-level session at the previous General Assembly in Madrid.

The Assembly will formally end at 12.00 and be followed by a buffet lunch.

General Assembly attendees are warmly invited to stay on and participate in the afternoon sessions of the EBU AI Summit.
