The upcoming October meeting of the Future of Work Group will feature Zuzana Matějovská, Head of Recruiting & People Development at Czech Radio, Roma Kojima, Senior Director, Enterprise Audience Data at CBC/Radio-Canada, and Sarah Burbedge, Founder and Creative Producer at A Life More Extraordinary (United Kingdom).
Zuzana Matějovská: Bridging the Past and Future
Zuzana will address the demographic challenges confronting Czech Radio, stressing the importance of attracting young talent to foster a dynamic and adaptable workforce. She will share approaches to recruiting and mentoring young professionals, the necessity of enhancing digital skills, and the increasing interest in AI among staff.
Roma Kojima: Developing essential AI skills
Roma Kojima will focus on the importance of AI skills in the evolving workforce and how to create effective strategies for individuals needing these skills. Roma will share insights on how CBC/Radio-Canada is assessing AI skills to prepare its workforce for the challenges ahead.
Sarah Burbedge: Building powerful collaborations
Sarah will reflect on the shape and skillset of the future workforce in PSM, focusing on AI, innovation, and the current landscape as a potential "petri dish" for creativity. Highlighting the post-pandemic spirit of "I'm not gonna take it anymore," she’ll reflect on the importance of forging powerful collaborations and some of the communities that are helping to make work better!
