Audio Storytelling Festival

The Audio Storytelling Festival is an annual gathering of professionals working with radio and audio content. Produced by the Audio Storytelling Group, the event is open to staff of EBU Member organizations as well as independent radio producers.

In 2024, the Italian Public Broadcaster RAI will celebrate 100 years of Italian Radio since its first radio broadcast took place. With great joy, we will celebrate this important anniversary together with another. The EBU Audio Storytelling Festival, the new face of what was previously known as the International Features Conference, celebrates 50 years in existence.

From 19 to 22 May 2024 we'll listen to selected pieces whilst also have a range of workshops and discuss ideas, relevant content and best practice. And we’ll do this through a selection of carefully curated panels and workshop.

RAI are proud to host the 50th EBU Audio Storytelling Festival in Rome in the historical radio building at Via Asiago 3, in the RAI headquarter of V.le Mazzini 14 .

The call for submissions is now closed. Take a look at the event's programme.
