General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the EBU and possesses all powers necessary for accomplishing the Union’s objectives including the definition of the organization’s strategy and approval of its finances.
The Assembly meets twice a year: the summer session is open for all Members and Associates and is hosted by a Member organization; the winter session is limited to Members and is held in Geneva.
The 96th EBU General Assembly will take place in Prague on 25 and 26 June, bringing together our Members’ senior leaders for two days focused on governance and special sessions on the most pressing topics for public service media and the wider media industry. Regional and side meetings are scheduled for 24 June.
