Second Semi-Final result All 25 finalists of 55th Eurovision Song Contest chosen
28 May 2010Oslo, Thursday 27 May 2010 – The second Semi-Final of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest took place in Oslo tonight, and was broadcast live on television via the Eurovision network in all tonight’s participating countries, United Kingdom and Norway. Contestants from 10 countries qualified for the Final of Europe's favourite TV-show.
Representatives from the following 25 countries qualified for the Final, given in the running order (qualifiers from the second Semi-Final in bold):

6. Bosnia & Herzegovina
7. Belgium
8. Serbia
9. Belarus
10. Ireland
11. Greece
12. The United Kingdom
13. Georgia
14. Turkey
15. Albania
16. Iceland
17. Ukraine
18. France
19. Romania
20. Russia
21. Armenia
22. Germany
23. Portugal
24. Israel
25. Denmark
All the qualifiers were determined by a mixed vote by televoters and juries (5 music industry professionals) in all tonight’s 17 participating countries as well as viewers and juries in Norway and the United Kingdom.
This Tuesday, 25 May, 10 countries qualified for the Final: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Moldova, Russia, Greece, Portugal, Belarus, Serbia, Belgium, Albania and Iceland. Five countries were already in the line up for Saturday's Final. Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and France, plus the host country Norway, qualify automatically under the rules.
A total of 25 countries will take part in the Final, which will be held in Oslo this Saturday, 29 May 2010 (21:00 CET). The winner will be chosen by a mixed voting between juries and televoters in all the participating countries. The Final will be broadcast by all the 39 participating broadcasters, as well as in Hungary, Kazakhstan, Burma, Australia, Montenegro, New Zealand and Kosovo. Last year 125 million people tuned in to watch Europe’s favourite TV-show, held in Moscow, Russia.
