Turkish Radio Television Corporation (TRT), an EBU Member broadcaster, is now accepting entries for the 6th edition of its TRT Documentary Awards.

These awards aim to support both amateur and professional documentary filmmakers and promote the documentary film genre by showcasing high quality films from different countries.

The TRT Documentary Awards is open to all documentary filmmakers, and participation is free.

Entries may be submitted for pre-selection up until 31 January 2014.

The awards will be announced on 12 May 2014 during a special gala programme, which will be broadcast on TRT TV channels with the presence of the members of the selection committees, the directors of the awarded documentaries, press and guests.
