The EBU’s Media Intelligence Service (MIS) has released its Knowledge Exchange event report, including overviews, presentations and speaker profiles, as well as the main findings of the day.

This year’s Knowledge Exchange event took place on 14-15 September at EBU Headquarters in Geneva, where over 100 EBU Members, academic researchers and other media experts met to discuss the topic of PSM Contribution to Society.

The event discussed the benefits that PSM generate for the market, national economy, civil society and individuals. It also included a programme of participatory activities alongside inspiring keynotes and presentations.

Attendees had the opportunity to hear interesting information from a diverse range of speakers, including several invitees from outside the media sector. They shared their challenges and success stories, showcasing how their organization has approached the task of demonstrating the value they provide to citizens.
