The focus of next annual Human Resources Assembly will be "Reskilling Human Resources: Happy to stay, ready to change?".
Top executives from EBU Members' Human Resources departments are invited to join us in the beautiful city of Vienna, at the kind invitation of our Austrian member ORF.
Delegates will have the opportunity to network and exchange best practices, tools, solutions and new ideas. This year, we will examen one of the biggest challenges public service media face: reskilling employees to meet today's broadcasting realities and how to address this across different media organizations.
