Documentary Experts Meeting & Pitching Sessions - 2025 Spring Session

The 2025 Spring sequel of the EBU Documentary Experts meeting/pitching session will take place in Zagreb on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 June 2025 at the kind invitation of HRT. More detailed information will be communicated in due time, but you are already invited to block these dates in your agendas.

The call for submissions, for both EDS and regular projects, will be issued on Thursday 13 March. The deadline for submissions will be Thursday 10 April. Scout and prepare your BEST proposals and be ready to submit! 

Lead broadcasters whose projects are selected for the pitch will be informed on Wednesday 30 April, while the complete selection of projects and the meeting's agenda will be made public early May.

All relevant information about the Eurovision Documentary Scheme, including requirements and criteria can be found on the EDS webpage, particularly in the EDS protocol. Should you need advice on how to prepare your project proposal, please reach out to the board members.
