Robert Šveb has been appointed Director General of our Croatian Member HRT.

Robert Šveb has over 25 years of experience in creating, delivering and managing innovation, business transformation and the deployment of new technology. He started out as a software engineer and then moved into the field of international entrepreneurship. He has managed and consulted in large corporations and is the founder of multiple technology start-ups.

He was Director of Global Technology and Operations at Al Jazeera Media Network and worked as a Director at HRT between 2005 and 2008 looking after the television business. He was most recently employed as a Managing Partner at Marquis LLP in London.
