What we do

Our Radio team enhances public service radio through the exchange and distribution of music, through strategic advice regarding the future of radio and via professional networking. The Euroradio music exchange gives Members automatic access to the largest classical music repertory in the world, while our staff of experienced media professionals offer expertise related to all musical genres. Some user-pay menus can be booked at additional cost. Our expert groups offer a wide range of services spanning the entire genre of radio and the radio business in general.

We offer radio broadcasts and video online streaming of a wealth of competitions, festivals and music events, like our ever popular Euroradio Concert and Opera Seasons. Euroradio is also at the heart of the Eurosonic Festival, Europe’s foremost platform for new and emerging music talent.

We promote digital hybrid radio to ensure that radio remains a key protagonist in a multimedia world, while holding regular conferences and workshops to address media convergence. We collaborate with other EBU departments to provide artistic, financial, legal and technical expertise related to radio as a medium and to all musical genres, and we represent our Members’ interests internationally.
